Fully Baked is a bold little bakery in the heart of Hataitai Village. We are built on good butter, strong coffee, and simple craft done right. We keep it minimal, but never basic.
Every loaf, cake, and pastry is made fresh each morning, using honest & natural ingredients and a no fuss approach that lets the flavour speak for itself. Industrial edge, warm service, and everything baked to its full potential.

We offer a quality range of kai including cakes, pies & pastries, but at the heart of Fully Baked are our fresh breads.
With slow fermentation creating deeper more complex flavour. The Long slow rise allows bacteria to break down anti nutrients making our sourdoughs easier to digest.
You won’t find any additives or preservatives in our breads, including no added sugars or commercial yeast.
It’s as natural and clean as bread can be :)
